Per the Disclosure Statement', as referenced, and prior to Kosturus being named, the "Trustee" was to be available', In "The Event" That ANY OF THE Segregated "Trustee"(s) Referred to in the Disclosure Statement', Found Any Difficulty in Performing their own fiduciary responsibilities and distributing ... Obviously there haven't been any issues' ... I never thought there would be any problems', ... These continuing MBS and CMBS were "REITS" ... and the "wmi-lt" NEVER MATTERED'

and again, ... as representative of the WMI Holding Company Only', the "wmi-lt" has never been in a position to dictate policy to the DTC' ... nor have its administrators been in a position to dictate or release any forthcoming completely segregated from the WMI holding company distributions' ...
