newflow, now that we know for sure WMILT received a one-year extension through 3/31/2022 and was legally dissolved as of 12/31/2021 and according to the filing the total dissolving of WMILT will occur on or before 3/31/2022, then the (PLR) you found some time ago MUST be ours that was totally downplayed by some.

If you still have that PLR, please bring it forward with link for a timely discussion. I think I remember a share exchange involved with that PLR and another company whether that is a SPAC, shell company or other.

This PLR will show us the way forward and give us HUGE, HUGE clues on what to expect before 3/31/2022.
