Major City Investing One-Percent of Its Treasury in Crypto, Mulling Possible Bitcoin Tax Discount,

I see the cities incentive for citizens to do this in an effort for the city to acquire more bitcoin from its citizens. The citizens think they’re getting a great deal by not paying tax, but they are losing out because of the anticipated appreciation value of bitcoin over the next half decade to fill decade.
