It’s unlikely but maybe refiles are handled by the SEC differently. Per GVSI’s last tweet refilling was, “on SEC’s advice.” It’s plausible to suggest the same file plus a few satisfied contingencies won’t take a far less busy SEC to review. I’d like to think they’re not that cut and dry with the waiting period especially with an entity having already gone through that process.
