All this OMAD talk is pushing me to ditch my OMAH routine. Just got through a (very) mild bout of covid in which I felt compelled to eat every hour on the hour - obviously sense of taste was not affected. Felt like a sinusy head cold, no fever, no sore throat, moderate fatigue. Of course my wife The Nurse had a nice suite of meds for me within a few hours of onset, which was a huge help.
