does instadose have a fiduciary to file an audit for TMIG?

is it not odd that that instadoses main asset is the congo licences, that supposedly arent owned by them?

as well, grant advanced money to congo, well before TMIG was even incorporated, and well before the contract was even executed. does that seem right to you.?
