There has been no Expedited Hearing Motion filed stating irreparable harm if Sharp case is not resolved immediately. The assumption is that Lithium-X wants this merger closed now. What if the time frame for the merger is set for later in 2022, for any of a number of reasons?

It would make sense that the time frame for the resolution of the pending Sharp case has already been calculated in the merger agreement.
