And the very speculative ALM
Anglo Minerals Ltd. intends to develop and operate a commercial potash mining operation called The Jansen Lake Potash Project. The "Project" is located in the “potash belt” of central Saskatchewan, approximately 135 km east of Saskatoon and 20 km east of an operating, underground potash mine near Lanigan, Saskatchewan. Anglo currently holds Crown mineral land held by Subsurface Mineral Permits which are considered prospective for potash mineralization within the Patience Lake and Belle Plaine Members of the Middle Devonian Prairie Evaporite Formation.
At present, the project is in the early stages of grass-roots exploration. Anglo’s immediate plans include the assembly of a comprehensive database of information, including the completion of a technical report with respect to its potash resource and the development of a detailed exploration program. Assuming positive results from the first phase of the exploration program, the Corporation will then prepare a mine feasibility study.
