Dude, Wave Systems acquisition is moot. The company Wave Systems was toasted long ago. Call it a novice CEO.... whatever. I lost a shit ton of money on WAVX, waiting and waiting for something to transpire. Being told they were on the cusp of big contracts, deals, the juggler would be on every computer just like Intel's logo.

ESW is a private company~? So how did this investment in $WAVX turn out for investors in Wave Systems~? They were acquired. And what did shareholders receive~? Pennies on the dollar~?
