What the heck are you talking about??/ there is very little debt here! I've looked up what GM does he cleans up shells then finds merger candidates there is no convertible debt 0 shares have been added to the O/S!!!!! If it was what you say then there would be a lot of debt added to the Filings and Massive amount of Dilution taking place followed with endless pumps and Pr's every other day which hasn't been... GM Only gets Paid if the Shell gets sold
