Hey crystal, all those ridiculous JV deals that Instadose announced during the illegal stock promotion. Looked though the filings, and guess what. zero activity. sorry. they did spend 775 on the india one. lol

Colombia: During the three months ended August 31, 2021 and the year ended May 31, 2021, there has been no activity with this joint venture.

Mexico: During the three months ended August 31, 2021 and the year ended May 31, 2021, there has been no activity with this joint venture.

India: During the three months ended August 31, 2021 and the year ended May 31, 2021, the Company has advanced $0 and $775 to the joint venture.

These sound like true whopper deals. Why even have them on website if there is no activity? Unless of course it was there to create a press release for an illegal promotion.
