If all of this delay is of Misslings doing to "expess" or "massage" data to his desire, he should be removed from his position. His visions of grandeur is causing a great deal of financial pain and anxiety to shareholders. Margin calls for many. Tutes have to be concerned.

He is responsible for shareholders expectations and is treating, not leading, them like cow dung. If these results arent stellar he will be spending $150M on lawsuits. This has gone too far too often.
