Uuuh, that's not how stocks work.

They made their money when they initially issued the shares, not from the current investors that buy/sell shares.

Also, being that the ENZC board owns the majority of shares, they also have controlling interest of the company.

They don't owe the current shareholders (aside from themselves) anything and can do as they see fit.
