The non-issue I "agree" with is in fact your claims as bullshit. And that "excessive" pay, and "double dipping," as only and originally claimed by you, is bullshit, but certainly evidences shareholder concern of the appearance of compriised ethics by Duffy, hence those descriptions would not have been originated.
