Moreover, there are obvious credibility problems with the statement: 1)"file additional patents" the only patent application I'm aware of has been abandoned, so the first patent beyond those expiring this year has yet to be filed. 2)Statement includes a revised IDE submission forecast that was missed and still hasn't happened, which casts a shadow on entire statement. In short, Doc needs to update the patent situation either on website or at New Years statement. This May 24, 2021 PR is very dated and answers little.
