instead of giving gs 5gs i would just buy 850,000 more shares of cubv. i do feel a sense of shadiness happening here though, 50gs holds-up merger, no name of merging co, no idea of time frame when this all settles.

the irony, years ago i held grdg (now forw) for 4 years little did i know gs would be the wizard behind the curtain. today, i would not touch his shells, not because i have bad things to say, but because i don't bet on egos and hype. hope this isnt a 4 year hold :(
