Yeah, not sure what OTCX/AEXG game is. Those two recently showed up on the exact same day.

Usually, the shady MMs wait till the share price spikes up on heavy volume, then show up. MVNT has one of the most stable share prices on the OTC, with low volume - so their presence doesn't make sense at this stage. - Seems like someone doesn't want share price to go up from here.
