So, help me out; Why didn't Miss Maryland just set up DCVAX shop exclusively right in her own backyard? She has impressive local government contacts there to assist her. Maybe use GoFundMe to pay for patients transportation and lodging. She could've made Maryland the Meca for GBM treatment! Like she had planned for stem cell therapy. It's not like patients would have much of a choice but to go with DCVAX given the alleged gains in OS. And, the disease profile and treatment procedure would fit well with such an arrangement.

On the same train of thought, why is Powers so heavily focused in the EU /UK? It's almost as if DCVAX is more like Stem Cell therapy and she's battling with U.S. government regulation. Is there any connection? And, Germany has the most advanced stem cells program of all, and is another place where she's spent lots of time. Hmm
