2/4 After an attorney's fees motion, which I will also win under the terms of my contract $CUBV will owe me about $50K. I will not settle for a single penny less. Cuba cannot countersue me in spite of Morgan's baseless threats. They would have to file a new lawsuit & they won't.

3/4 Morgan has been clearing defending the case himself. Purportedly representative counsel has not appeared in court even once nor spoken to my counsel. $CUBV's court pleadings look like they were written by a 6 year old who does not have the first clue about civil procedure.

4/4 $CUBV continues to lie to everyone including the court & shareholders, who were lied to about the delays in OTCM filings, this litigation and proposed mergers. I can and will prove this in court. It would be fanciful to believe that there is any legitimate merger pending.
