In order for IVDN to have significant price movement, the company will have to be discovered by the broader market and attract attention of new buyers. A company that has $9M in debt on ~$237k in annual revenue (not profit-- revenue) does not attract new investors, no matter how great the product is.

Nevo- please show us where it details that we have that much debt? My understanding is that in spite of more than a Million Dollars in legal fees from the bogus lawsuit, the company has Zero debt. I also say that the fact that the competition tried to put us out of business, that Joe has kept the company going, is a testament to his skills.

I don't blame him or his team for the slow return of sales, as the National retailers (Lowes and Home Depot) were told by their scared lawyers, not to sell the goods anymore, pending the case. And it will take time for them to talk to the probably new buyers, from 6-7 years ago, but since this is nonpareil, the best product in the world, they and even many more will return. Keep in mind Lindus, a major builder in the mid-west never stopped buying the Insultex House-wrap. Why? Because they used it themselves on their own homes and saw that it worked and saved serious energy costs.

In addition to this, there is currently a real materials shortage going on in the house building industry, so although they may have potential orders, the builders could be waiting for other needed materials to be shipped in from over-seas.

We all agree that this material is literally a disruptive technology, (and proven in a court of law by the expert testing witness) that not only saves money when building anything that needs a moisture barrier, and R-Value, but in todays world the desire to be as Carbon free as possible, to save the Earth, will make this, once discovered, the choice of Architects, Governments, Universities, and all others, when specifying the blueprints, for new projects. What will that mean to all of us share-holders? Well these pennies per share now, will be ten's of Dollars per share, AND unequivocally, the worlds biggest producers (Dupont, Kimberly Clark, and others) will have an auction to try to be the one to buy us out. Think about with all of their millions in marketing money, how they could own the whole multi-billion dollar industry, with this Golden Goose!!
