It turns into a purely business decision.

This can be uniquely credited to the unethical practices of the generic lawyers along with the court's unwillingness to correct errors.

What has happened has been allowed.

The initiative being taken by Marjac on behalf of the company/shareholders has a chance to reverse it.

If that effort si no successful then we may very well expect AMRN business to deteriorate in the US to the point of abandonment.

We should not be surprised that along with the other opponents the generics will try a similar scheme in other markets.

Hopefully they won't prevail.
