did you ever think that it isn't GM that's the hold up? there is more parties in the suit then just CUBV the Margret is also one of them and some other and I think Mark hagen and does 1-500

wouldn't Margret and Mark have to pay $$$ if they settled out of court?
I remember a few months back that someone brought up that it wasn't GM that one of the other parties that was labeled as a defendant didn't want to settle
