Every dev stage bio I know of has disclosed BLA plans.

Plans you say. Ooh, now you changed that what you were saying before which was if they are working on it. When it comes to their plans its very simple. Since NWBO has repeatedly stated they want to bring DCVAX L to the market then of course they plan to draft and submit a BLA.

Can you give me an example of a biotech that has disclosed starting working a BLA? I could be wrong.

But there are specific milestones listed in the contract. Other than the first (mainly paperwork) they have disclosed none have been achieved.

as what we saw from the Sawston certification they will let us know halfway through right like when they disclosed the HTA license on Oct 28. So as long as they have not met similar milestones for Flaskw. one can assume no major milestones have been achieved.
