Yes, that is and was my point. And any significant fine will lead to bankruptcy, and the criminal conviction alone is enough evidence for the SEC to act harshly as far as penalties. This is why all the talk about civil vs criminal, in terms of what is admissible, is moot for this case.
There is not going to any new smoking gun. The SEC has let the DOJ do the dirty work to uncover the damning evidence. It's done. We just have to wait for the wheels of justice to get us there. That just means there is more time for popcorn.
