From what I recall it wasn't George Morgan that stopped settling out of court since there is more then just him in the lawsuit I believe Mark Hagen and Margarent willett who are also named in the suit not just CUBV
Margarent willett was who was the person named that originally took control of CUBV then gave control over to GM she was also who was owed 300K from CUBV but settled to go after Alex and not CUBV when she could have easily gave herself 300K worth of Shares and dumped them on everyone
also O/S has not grown since GM took control of it unlike most custodianship i've seen the past 2 years
