Think about it its George Turdnugget sharp he'd prob change that the new company owes him more then 50K or some other bs who knows I do know plenty of times that the company that was going to merge with a shell got ruined because investors hounded that company and pissed them off... I also don't think Morgan wants to spend his last years a live behind bars by running a scam. and could be possible for GS to get more then 24K if suddenly a company worth a lot more then a Shell was in control of CUBV also a lot of OTCM things changed that might make it impossible for they to finalize the merger my guess is that they met back in December when Morgan said they were then were in the proccess of finalizing it when Finra/otcm or the SEC said No you got to take care of the Litigation first before it can be finalized
