I wonder if MF Berman used a GenViro "test" to determine he has COVID? ROTF!

I understand that defense counsel must provide the client with as an aggressive defense as possible BUT the latest Exhibit N maneuvering is laughable and I would think embarrassing to this "seasoned" defense "team." I am surprised the defense team has not withdrawn as MF Berman's counsel.

I pray that MF Berman does NOT succumb to COVID, if that is even the case, as I rather see him rot in jail for as long as possible PLUS one more day.....too bad hard labor is no longer part of the curriculum! I am sure he will meet new "friends" that will help him explore his sexual fantasies.

MF Berman has stalled enough ... I hope there are no plea deals that provide less than 20 years of incarceration, significant financial penalties, seizure of any assets direct or indirect, censure from any public company, referral to the IRS (if already not done) and complete disclosure/cooperation for all accomplices, disclosure of circuitous money transfers both domestic and international to ghosts for his benefit.

IMO, MF Berman is the WORST type of Con artist there is .... betrays public trust and tries to profit off of human suffering/misery .... BURN IN HELL, MF BERMAN!
