as it won't take much in SEC fines at all to send DECN into bankruptcy!

It won't take ANYTHING to send DECN into bankruptcy.
Its basically bankrupt by debt already and its only Berman's shenanigan's robbing Peter to pay Paul that has kept the lights on thus far... which he needs to do in order to pay his legal expenses.

The cupboard is well and truly bare. What is there of any realisable value in DECN? Wouldn't surpise me to find out he is selling test strips that he has on credit and yet to pay the Bio Co for, and using the cash generated to pay his lawyers, and booking the resulatnt debts straight to DECN shareholders, while diluting as many of them as he can as far as he possibly can with as many new issues as there are mug punters still dumb enough to invest in the train wreck.
Insolvent trading in other words.
But I mean ... What they gonna do about it? Throw him in jail 2 times over???
