True, the less informed think that the SEC actions are over, but of course that is not the case. They are on hold and will be resumed after the conviction. Much easier to take action after a proven criminal conviction!

Those that are buying shares recently are going to in for a surprise, as it won't take much in SEC fines at all to send DECN into bankruptcy!

Watching DECN can lead to a popcorn overdose!
