Missling wants everybody to believe that he can go from a small phase 1 safety study to a pivotal registration trial for several indications at once. This is pure fantasy. Sadly, a lot of people accept it as fact simply because they want to believe it. Reality check: This is not how drug development works. It’s going to take many years and tens of millions of dollars or more to get an answer, if ever. From drugs.com in 2020: “It takes over $2.6 billion for a manufacturer to get a new drug from the laboratory onto the pharmacy shelf, according to the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development. The full research, development and approval process can last from 12 to 15 years.”

Missling is not a magician (a huckster, perhaps, but not a magician). He is not going to be able to defy this reality. He knows this but counts on the greed of retail to sustain the myth that he is different from all the rest.
