if i was counsel for either party, i would advise my client to remain silent until they put the pen to the agreement.......more than any other sector....the amount of "ambulance chasers"...LURKING around biotech is mind -boggling....just waiting for a small company`s P R to scrutinize for false information, or data that can be twisted, to encourage a class action suit

they could be very close to an agreement....but QUIET IS KING!!
