Sooo I'm just a stoopid retail investor, ima not an accountant or lawyer, but what debt are you talking about??? The "alleged" consulting debt that GS is sueing for??? The "alleged" $$ loss that the GS actions caused, and CUBV is attempting to recoup??? The $$ of equity represented in the 100s of millions of restricted shares issued by the former CEO to him and his cronies, for who knows what??? Is there some sort of debt that you know of, but the current mgmt doesn't, and is not disclosed in the current fins???Are you talking about future debt that the merging entity may bring with them, or incur once they are here???? As far as the latter goes, isn't that the main reason companies want to go public anyways...cheaper and easier access to capital, big boards included...they all do it...aren't most smaller pubcos merely debt vehicles, fundamentals and the balance sheet just dictate how good the terms may be and how well the debt is managed...help me understand yur point here...CUBV$$
