There was a lawsuit for fraud filed against Nick Agostino, his wife, and Penguin Pretzel by an investor. looks like they are scammers too. Fraud, fraud and more fraud... Refusing to disclose financials, poor record keeping, misappropriation of funds, misrepresentations, on and on...

As I have been saying... This is a money losing operation. A scam and a fraud. The claims they have made are fantasy. Thier finical condition SUCKS and they are very desperate to bring in new investors.
