You mean the quick return INSD had to Pink Current(unsolicited quotes), that's unusual, or at least it use to be prior to the rule change.....but it seems almost like an automated process now @ OTC Markets.

If your current in your SEC reporting, you will move off the Expert Market to Pink (unsolicited quotes). I followed a number of non-traded REITs that were on the Grey Sheets, no 211's but current in their SEC filings and those automatically all moved post rule change to Pink(unsolicited quotes).

So it does not appear to be quite as unusual now from my observation.
