Perkinamine trademark approval making positive progress.

The application for a trademark for Perkinamine has been underway way since 2016, a long process perhaps longer than the patent process in some cases.

Regardless, on 11/12/21, the following quote was stated in correspondence from LWLG lawyer to USPTO:
"Applicant attests that the labels shown are legitimate labels that are used by Applicant on the products and sold in commerce."

Here "Applicant"=LWLG, and "Products"= Perkinamine.

I am emphasizing:"sold in commerce"


USPTO response Dated 12/14/21 was "The USPTO has accepted the Statement of Use filed for the trademark application identified above. The mark will now register and the registration certificate will issue in due course barring any extraordinary circumstances."

I am emphasizing "accepted", "will now register",and "will issue".

I don't know what "due course means" in terms of time, but that could lead to news and a PR when it happens.
