On 12/16/21, I posted the response that I received from IR on 12/14 when I asked a question about when we could expect the Rett's top line results in AVATAR. I have re-posted that response again below because with the passing of time, and no PR so far, it seems to read differently.

Back on Dec 16, I was thinking the key words of the message were the part bolded below in black. The phrase, "which may be early 2022" seemed to me to be saying that would be the latest they believed the report would be released. "Early" 2022 says to me, they are or were planning to discuss the reports in the upcoming CC on Thursday 1/13.

That interpretation was before we got notice of the Monday CC and several posters have commented Missling does not typically release news on the same day as a conference call.

After going out on a limb and predicting Missling will release data next Monday, I am wondering if I should have given more thought to the part I quote below in red, which now seems like an admission from management that their reporting data could be delayed more than they expect.

I hate to say it, but with no PR so far, the idea they will discuss the results in the CCs next week is hard to predict, and I must admit invester's feb'ish is looking like a good possibility. They still could include some report on Rett's in the Monday CC and file an 8K Monday with a report if that CC contains material news (which I think meets the SEC reporting requirements), but the situation is rife with other possibilities.

My best read of this NOW is that they would release the reports next week before Thursday, if they can.

As per our press release dated Nov 24 - Top-line results from the placebo-controlled Phase 1 ANAVEX®3-71-001 study evaluating ANAVEX®3-71 in humans are expected around year end 2021.

we can not confirm 2H 2021 or if they are slipping to 1H of 2022 .... Management believes it will be around year end 2021 (which may be early 2022).
