4-5 weeks. they have 1.2 billion restricted shares in the OS given to the noteholders. if u look at L2 it is clear shares are being dumped into the float. If the noteholders dump all the 1.2 billion shares into the float it will require up to 4 weeks is my guess. after that, it should move up nicely.
