Yup. It's easy to see. I've never seen two firms tied at the hip like VIRT+OTCX have been these past 3 days. Not even sure how it is legal?

They are literally synced up to the millisecond. They appear/disappear together, and have been doing it for 3 days straight. In the snippet below, somebody hit their .141 ask, so they both bow out immediately, and wait for the next pause in buying, so they can jump up and lower it again.
