Herbert I commend you on your presentation but I have seen other company's under short attacks and unfortunately CEO's have done little to combat the seizure...how the market works and the "dark" side of the market's operations IMO are outside the CEO control. Things that CEO can do are do buy backs or issue dividends but in the case of AMC it is too early for either of these options until they can continue to strengthen their financial statements...I know Aron has a responsibility to shareholders but I believe it is too early in the game for him to do anything...JMO

Unfortunately this is not the first nor will it be the last time the SEC does nothing...I have seen a few of these scenarios play out through the years....bottom line what has prevailed in the past is the company's had good management and they continued to improve on there financials which is probably the most important controllable a CEO can focus on and in the end the shareholder is rewarded

In this scenario w/ Citadel going short and their strategy backfiring this issue is more a fundamental of how the markets work....which is the problem...this is not something Aron created or is responsible for or IMO can resolve
