I agree with you that it was not the original 1-A.

Could it be a sell to a private investor?

If we go off history, the amount of shares (400,000,000) lines up with previous issued tranches. (In the 400 mil range)

But it's all speculation at this point, just need to wait and see.

What we do know is they were not restricted so it's not Alan or Max.
