Realistically, what investor would pay $400,000 for shares that will be soon selling for $200,000?

The 1-A POS was filed 2 weeks ago? So, it’s not like they bought the shares a month ago and it’s just now hitting the books. Not to mention the problems it was cause for POSRMX to sell that much at .001 and then cut the price in half for future investors.

Also, if an investor paid $400,000, there would not have been the need to cut the price in half a couple of weeks later......

It will be a mystery until we see the 2021K at end of March, because I seem to now recall the settlement shares were supposed to be restricted common shares, but maybe that has changed.
