I'm sitting here scratching my head on what I'm missing and why we are not getting more momentum.

Honestly, I think it is the Company’s record of failing to deliver combined with their current lack of full disclosure (still waiting to see material terms from the acquisition). Until there is tangible evidence that some of the Company’s more grandiose claims are real, potential investors are sitting on their hands (and their wallets).
