CONFIRMED!!! NO PGRD DEAL YET!
The PGRD deal is a no go so far. The window is still open for the deal to get done, but WSA (Yassar and probably Downs as a silent leader, since he has an office at WSA) has to come up with another 700,000 in cash and a note for the balance. So far, WSA has not come up with the money. They forfeited their 300,000 deposit on the option, but PGRD will apply it if they can come to an agreement on the rest.
The CybeRelease.com third party PR for which someone paid 595.00 to pump the PGRD deal, was a total falsehood. If you bought any stock in PGRD based on this PR, you should sue cyberelease immediately. They have a fiduciary responsiblity to check the validity of something like that before they ticker spam it all over the web.
None of this means anything to IDWD shareholders since PGRD says IDWD is OUT OF THE PICTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
