weeks after another Ten & 10 subsidiary, Tech 10, Inc, signed an agreement
to enter into a Strategic Joint Venture with a Chinese company, FSP
Holdings Limited, to provide wireless broadband access and VoIP services.

phone has a 5" LCD display, external microphone input, built-in high
quality CCD camera with cover protection, phonebook dialing function,
echo-cancellation and no delay high quality audio and built-in 2-port
switch to connect two LANs. The lightweight portable device has a screen
that folds open and closed and can rotate 270 degrees around. While making
