(PINKSHEETS: TTEN) is pleased to announce that Mobile 10 Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, will provide VoIP and video-phone services to domestic and international residential and business customers. This new VoIP initiative comes just weeks after another Ten & 10 subsidiary, Tech 10, Inc, signed an agreement to enter into a Strategic Joint Venture with a Chinese company, FSP Holdings Limited, to provide wireless broadband access and VoIP services.

Mobile 10, Inc. offers the next step in customer friendly hybrid telephone and video service with its innovative device BVP 8882 SIP Video Phone. The phone has a 5" LCD display, external microphone input, built-in high quality CCD camera with cover protection, phonebook dialing function, echo-cancellation and no delay high quality audio and built-in 2-port switch to connect two LANs. The lightweight portable device has a screen that folds open and closed and can rotate 270 degrees around. While making a video call, users can enjoy the brilliant real-time color images of the caller, receiver or both. The device also has the ability to "mute" the caller's video image for privacy on the receiver's screen.
The BVP 8882 SIP Video Phone is fully compliant with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) international standards for video communication. It can be used with any video phones that are compatible with this standard.
