You are missing an important part of what the PR is saying.

The EC system has been used to remove ammonia before is is converted to nitrates thus preventing nitrate buildup. That is the way it is used in the NS shrimp operations.

What this PR is saying is that if there are already nitrates in the system the EC system can remove them and it will continue to do what it is presently used for which is removing the ammonia before it can become nitrates.

This has important meaning for potential users of the technology since it suggests that a new user might not have to restart all the systems from scratch to have no nitrates before implementing the EC technology.

Not having to do that makes retrofitting the EC technology much more attractive to existing operations and I suspect the fin fish operations in particular.

This is a big deal.
