But the amount quoted in this supposedly “fake” PR and the amount quoted in the original court settlement (approx $122K) was the same! It’s right in the 10K!

Yes, apparently a smaller amount as a final payment was agreed upon by the two parties, as quoted in the 2018 10K.

But HOW the payment came to be was caused by a default in the loan agreement! The judge ruled on that! It’s WHY DBMM had to pay Asher!
