I found them. I also spoke with a lady yesterday at the OTC to find out if the application was submitted. She said that kind of information is not allowed to be disclosed. She did state that to look at the OTC website for the ticker symbol KWBT and see if the profile changes. That would be the only way for investors to know if something is happening.

Well, today there was a post of the 6.30.2021 financial statements with absolutely meaningless numbers. However, the fact that the OTC put this on their website is meaningful! Also, if you go to the OTC Markets. com and scroll down, you will see in the right column that there is a "A" for Active as of January 5, 2022! Huge news!!!

All of the negative posters on this board should go away for ever. They add nothing of value and you all know who you are.

I will post my detailed analysis of why this stock has done what it did in the past 2 years and where I truly believe the end result will be before the 10K filing deadline of 3.31.2022.
