This is where AMRN will need to be proactive . I foresee insurers simply saying OK if the DOC writes that the RX is for CAD we will give V - otherwise gV. Since most docs will not write why the Rx is being given most of the Rx's will go generic.

AMRN should step up and say no - 90% of RXs are for CAD indication therefore by default - if there is no indication written the RX should be filled for V unless the dos specifically says its for Trig>500 only then may gV be substituted (unless MArjac wins!)
