You’d have to presume that cert many too doctors at top research institutions, including UCLA, Kings College, Dr. Liau, Dr. Ashkan, and their teams, various brain tumor charities, NIH and it’s SPORE grant program we’re all in on a scam.

Hmm, interesting logic. Would you assume these people were in on a scam?

Henry Kissinger (former United States Secretary of State);
Jim Mattis (retired Marine Corps four-star general);
George Shultz (former United States Secretary of State);
Richard Kovacevich (former CEO of Wells Fargo);
William Perry (former United States Secretary of Defense); and
William Foege (former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

They were all members of the Theranos board.

What about this guy?



Your argument holds zero water. The only person who decides when to release TLD is the CEO. That is her decision. The decision to withhold the data from shareholders while moving forward with a $15 million fund raise has nothing to do with those other people you mentioned.

The parallels with Theranos are becoming more and more clear with each passing day. Theranos did, in fact, have a product. It just didn't work, and the CEO went to extraordinary lengths to cover that up. Sounds a lot like another company I know. You know, I know, and everybody knows, that if the data were good we would have seen it a long time ago.
